Cancellation & Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy each sip of KWINT AQUALIFE Water, but if you aren't thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Cancellations:

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request via email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation.
If you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher/coupon equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • On the off chance that you have received a product that is different from what you ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
  • If the product is damaged, you can email us directly within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return)

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at care@hydrateindia.com and send your item to Plot no 117/2, Bukalepada Kond Land, Kondhan Road, Palghar, Maharashtra – 401404
